Brian Bosse, CFA
CEO and Director
Mr. Bosse is an investment professional with two decades of experience in commodities, as well as both private and public equity. Brian has served as a business turnaround specialist for a number of Canadian investment firms. Commencing with Byron Securities and concluding with Societe Generale, he spent a decade restructuring equity sales and trading departments, as well as proprietary investment divisions. Brian began his career as a Toronto Stock Exchange floor trader in 1995 following an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University’s School of Business and Economics. He became a CFA charter holder in 2001. Mr. Bosse is the CFO and Director of Zen Graphene Solutions.
Bryan Loree, BA, CMA
CFO and Director
Mr. Loree has held various senior accounting roles for public and private companies in various industries including, renewable energy, exploration, and construction. During this time he has also performed capital raising activities for both private and public companies, primarily in the exploration and renewable energy sectors. Prior to entering the accounting field, Mr. Loree spent three years as an investor relations manager for several public companies and two years in the banking industry. Mr. Loree holds a Certified Management Accountant designation, a Financial Management Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a BA from Simon Fraser University.
Douglas MacQuarrie, P.Geo.BC, B.Sc.
Director
Mr. MacQuarrie is a consulting geologist / geophysicist specializing in gold exploration. He received a combined Honours degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of British Columbia in 1975. He has worked continuously in mineral exploration for 41 years, the last 23 years exploring for new gold deposits in West Africa. He is responsible for acquisition and or discovery of significant gold deposits in Canada and in Ghana including, as former CEO of PMI Gold Corporation, the +5 million ounce Asanko (Obotan) mine in Ghana. Mr. MacQuarrie is President and CEO of Asante Gold Corporation (C:ASE). He is Managing Director of Goknet Mining Company Ltd, which he founded with Mr. Godfried Opong Kesse (the former Director of the Ghana Geological Survey, 1973 to 1993), and with Canadian Prospector Eric Ewen.
Veronika Hirsch, B.com

Ms. Hirsch is a highly regarded Canadian equity manager with over 25 years investment experience. She makes frequent appearances on BNN and other business media outlets. Ms. Hirsch is a senior Portfolio Manager with Arrow Capital, previously she was Chief Investment officer at BluMont where she was Portfolio Manager of various Exemplar Funds. Previously, Ms. Hirsch co-founded Integrated Asset Management Corp., and served as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at AGF and Fidelity Management. She began her career as a Portfolio Trader at Prudential, later rising to Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Ms. Hirsch holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and is a fellow of the Life Management Institute.
Elliot Beutel, BA, MBA

Mr. Beutel started his career working in mortgage underwriting for a Canadian bank before attending the University of Toronto’s Rotman school of Management where he received his MBA in 2018. Since then he has been working at Oakwest Corporation, a value oriented family office as an analyst and junior portfolio manager. Mr. Beutel holds a BA from Queens University.
